To avoid BlackTickets, all users are allowed to book 12 tickets per day.
All customers must use Valid email id for registration.
As soon as Customer complete registration, we will send instant email with SKT account activation link. Once you activate your account by our provided LINK, you can now book tickets online.
Note: If you did not receive our activation email, Please check Junk or Spam folder in your Mailbox.
Online Ticket Cancellation?
No, We don't have facility to cancel tickets [ both for Online and Counter ]
You can exchange ticket with someone known by you or visit theatre early on respective show time and you can exchange to someone infront of us. But you won't get Service charge for each ticket since counter rate is different [for online tickets].
Understand, but what is the solution to cancel the ticket, even i don't have choice to exchange the ticket or i can't give it to my friends or family?
For genuine reason, we can take cancellation request and apply refund. Kindly note, each ticket service charge Rs. 15 wont be refunded to your card. Also you cannot cancel it just before showtime. Atleast 6 hours in advance.
I booked ticket, can I give it to someone else?
No, You must not give ticket to someone else. Reason, to restrict BlackTicket sellers we request Booked person to visit theatre for respective show time.
If we found any issue on Ticket, we will verify for booked person name and mobile number. If respective booked person is not available, we will not provide your seats for any unknown persons and it is considered as BlackTicket even if it is not BlackTicket until Booked person inform us.
We can understand SKT terms but what if i really cant come and can i give ticket to my friend or family? Yes, sure you can ask your friends or family to use it. You have to inform us early by email [ firstname.lastname@example.org ] , by saying the reason for giving ticket to your friends or family.
Note: All restrictions to avoid BlackTicket sellers, kindly help us in our terms.
Amount detected but no Ticket confirmation ?
Payment detected but seats not allotted or no seat confirmation, don't worry email us immediately .
We will refund your amount to your card with in 1 week time based on both party Bank process ( Our bank and your bank ).
If any booking issues, we cannot provide selected seat. Reason those seats will be available free in 10 mins for booking. You can either re-book same seat or email us immediately to email@example.com , we will process your refund.
Kindly understand, without seat confirmation we cannot provide seats for payment issues.
Will i get REFUND if any issue on ticket booking?
Yes, you will get your amount back to your Debit or Credit card within 15 or more working days. We knew it takes huge time for Refund, but our payment gateway bank and customer bank takes much time to process.
Note : Bank will take Refund processing Fees during Refund.
What if i don't receive Ticket to my Email?
You can always get your ticket from SKT website Login > My Account > Booking History [ image 1 ] , so you don't have to wait for Email.
Do i need to take Ticket Printout?
Yes, its is compulsory to have ticket printout.
For some security reason its always better to have printout copy with your "Trans ID" . Without Ticket we will not allow.
What are the Payment methods?
Rightnow we accept Credit and Debit cards from VISA & MasterCard. There is no Internet Banking, Door delivery, Phone booking.
What if i gave worng credit card number?
No worries. In payment page, if your credit card details are not valid [ Image 1 ] or if you forgot your Card details or anything you feel wrong in payment page, Just hit cancel button [ image 2,3 ] it will return to SKT website [ image 4 ] . you can Book again with valid details.
Note : never use Back button in Browser in Payment Page.
Which Payment Gateway integrated in SKT?
Punjab National Bank & HDFC Bank.
Any bank Credit card or Visa Debit card holders can make purchase ticket with our payment gateway.
How do i take Ticket printout?
We have given 2 easy option to take printout. Option 1 : You can use Print, direct to your printer
Option 2 : Download, Download Eticket and take printout anywhere
How to Book Ticket?
Step 1 : Register (if new user)
Step 2 : As soon as you complete your registration, you will get Senthil and Kumaran screen details and select the movie [image 1] Step 3 : Select Date and Show time and Read instructions below " Book Now" button [image 2] Step 4 : Select Seats by Single Click by mouse on respective seats [image 3] Step 5 : Click Pay Now and complete your payments [image 3]
Note : This is not PC application, so don't do double click on Seats. Single click with select seat, and double click with un-select seats
