No, We do not have options to cancel online tickets and no refund. You can exchange tickets to someone else during show time at theatre counter (at Counter price) or family or friends.

What ever way you booked tickets via Online or Counter, there wont be any refund if you miss the show. Seats will be remain EMPTY for your booked seats and we cannot place any others to watch in your booked seats.

Payment detected but seats not allotted or no seat confirmation, don't worry email us immediately .

We will refund your amount to your card with in 1 week time based on both party Bank process ( Our bank and your bank ).

If any booking issues, we cannot provide selected seat. Those seats may booked by others. You can either re-book same seat or available seats or email us immediately to , we will support for seats or process your refund.

IF you did not get SMS confirmation for your current booking, check "Booking History" , if there is NO booking details in Booking History, then paid amount will be refund to your respective card. This considered, your booking did not go through and you need to re-book again.

As soon as your payment confirmed, we send Booking confirmation details via SMS to registered mobile number. Incase if you don't receive SMS , kindly check your Booking History.

You're allowed to book only 2 Transactions per day. Each Transactions you can book 6 seats, so maximum 12 tickets per day.

Yes, sure you can ask your friends or family to use it. But make sure you're not selling it as commercial purpose.

Yes, you will get your amount back to your Debit or Credit card within 7 to 10 working days. We knew it takes huge time for Refund, but processing time is based on both party Bank process ( Our bank and your bank ).

Note : There may be Refund processing Fees or we give credit what ever amount we received through our bank.
